WordPress gained popularity over other dedicated content management systems like Joomla or Drupal, because it is very flexible, easy to install, easier for clients to make updates and allows better search engine placements.

What’s the cost for a WordPress custom theme?
The price for a custom WordPress may vary depending on your website design complexity, size and functionality required, however based on my past experience I mostly work within $1500-$3000k budget, which includes the HTML / CSS coding, jQuery effects and the WordPress setup / integration when the design is provided.
If you’re low on budget, I recommend using WordPress templates that take less to customize. The down side is that others have the same design template but you can save money.
