We first helped with researching the user persona and we collaborated with their team to survey their different types of users. Using both qualitative and quantitative research, including SEO keyword research, we built the site to address each type of audience.
We decided to go with WordPress and Divi, an easy-to-use page builder, so the client has full control over the design and layout aspects whenever they need to make updates. We also installed and configured capabilities for events and a newsletter so they can easily keep residents informed.
The result was a success. The SEO traffic is up by 11.5% and the average time spent on a page by users is 23.53% higher compared with the last year. Users are happy with the new website and report it’s much easier to find the information they are looking for now.
